Plenty of editorial jobs for the past few months, met various interesting people during the photo shoot. People that are trying hard to climb the corporate ladder, scholars that excel in their studies, the ever smiling and energetic Singapore Tourism Board CEO. It was not easy to break some of their stern look from work into a more relax personality. Not all jobs have the luxury to sit down and have a cup of aroma coffee with your given subject. A photographer also must posses the skill to communicate with your unknown subject in the shortest possible time to get the best shot, if not a decent one.
Anyway, the company was kind to send me a copy of the newly release magazine. It is also a learning process to see how other approach their subject in the final snap, pretty interesting to review and learn. Remember, learn to understand how a good picture is made, as for the bad image don't ditch it yet, do a brainstorm to see how to improve it. Will share more next time ya!

The magic of photography is metaphysical. What you see in the photograph isn't what you saw at the time. The real skill of photography is organised visual lying.
